The lead article will be of particular interest to anyone interested in learning of the evolution of the ‘Via Siberia” mail route from trial mail movement, periods of rail construction, wars, revolution, and expansion of use of its services in the Far East, Pacific Area as well as North Africa and North & South America. Other articles in the issue relate to important facets of postal history of the former ‘East Germany’ and the restoration of mail services after World War II.

Copies of this issue are gratis to members of the Society as part of their annual dues. Non-Members can request a copy upon application for membership.
